Machining service for ceramic substrates:

Laser Scribing: Laser scribing could be made with high precision and quick delivery, the minimum width is 0.10mm.

Laser Drilling: Holes could be made on ceramic substrate, the minimum hole size of laser drilling is 0.2mm.

Surface Polishing: Polishing could be made on 1 or 2 surfaces, roughness can reach Ra0.03-0.05μm after polishing.

Metallization: Metallization (copper layer) could be made for DBC or DPC or PCB

Package & Shipping

Ceramic parts are fragile when transportation, Mascera makes good package for every product to avoid crack or damage. EPE profiles or foam will be put inside cartons to reduce colliding between parts. Fragile labels will be pasted on the packages.

For small weight, we normally choose international express like DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, it will take about 5-10 days to deliver; for big weight, we could use land transportation, ship transportation or air transportation
