Q1: How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?
It all depends on the mold’s size and complexity.Normally, the lead time is 25—45days.
If the Plastic molds are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 15 days.
Q2: Do you have the checking system to make sure the mould quality?
We have a complete management system. Our project dept. will arrange mould checking and supply the checking report in detail. Only when the mould is qualified, can the mould be shipped out.
Q3: How about the mould modify?
You can tell us your comment about the samples after you receive them.If there is any dimension different from the drawing,we will modify the mould for free in our side and then make the new samples.
Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
Yes. After mold finished, we will send our customer some free samples to confirm the size and quality.
Q5: Can you make multi-cavities mold?
Yes, we built some of molds with 16,32,64 cavities.
