The National Energy Administration has set up a general inspection team to check petroleum processing companies across the country. Zhenghe Group has been very responsive and has actively made preparations.

The company gathered data and documents on unit design and operations over the past four years for the inspection. They covered the company’s basic information, unit capacity, production, raw material purchase and product sales.

The inspection office was set up at China Petroleum and the Chemical Industry Association. It aimed to fully understand China’s oil refining industry, cut energy consumption and pollution, and formulate scientific industrial policies and a development plan. The inspection also set its sights on improving and standardizing China’s oil refining data statistics, actively advancing reform in the industry. It will pave the way for the future establishment of the industrial information system.
